If you need to cancel your appointment, we request at least 72 hours notice. 

Our Policy is Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the service. 

We appreciate your support, and in order to maintain our staff we kindly ask you respect this policy.

We have limited appointments due to limited hairdressers in the region and in order to continue to keep our doors open we ask you to please respect our staff and our policy or we will have to close.
