Please note:

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice. 

Our Policy is Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. 

Your cancellation fee will be applied to future services if not fixed up on the day of cancellation. 

We appreciate your support, and in order to maintain our salon in Jindabyne and our staff we kindly ask you respect this policy.

We have limited appointments available due to limited hairdressers in the region and in order to continue to keep our doors open in Jindabyne we ask you to please respect our staff and our policy or we will have to close.
